Appalling!

I made an appointment for noon on Saturday and arrived a bit early. The stylist, an older man who appeared to be the manager said he could take me right away. I was seated for a shampoo, but then the stylist told me that he had to complete a cut and blow dry. I sat for 30 minutes then finally tried to get someone's attention. The manager was making small talk and then came over. With no apology, said he was going to let another stylist who offered no introduction apply the chemical straightener. He brought out the straightener in an unlabeled jar. I asked him what brand it was. He glared at me and said he had no idea!! I asked him to find out, to which he responded "i know what i am doing." He told me that he didn't have to do my hair and that i wasn't his client then ordered me to the manager's chair!! He was yelling in my face telling me that I should stop talking! Finally another male stylist escorted him out of the salon. I was shaken up but stood my ground despite the fact that it appeared he wanted to strike me. I berated the manager and left in tears with wet hair.

Atilla works wonders!

My mother and I come all the way from Baltimore just to see Atilla and have been doing so for about 2 years. We get cut, color, and highlights each time on a regular basis. NEVER have we been dissatisfied. He is wonderful!!

Worst service ever!!

I went to Yasin and had the worst service ever!!! He put highlights in my hair and it all fell out!!! I would definitely not recommend this place.
